This Blog is Not Dead. I'm So Glad This Blog is Not Dead.

If you've never watched Homestar Runner before, then the the title of this blog won't make any sense to you. I just want everybody out there to know that neither this blog nor the Hansen Family is dead. Of course, it probably doesn't matter, because (much like my personal blog) no one has ever seen this site other than Amy and myself. Have they? Is anyone out there?

**Hollow sound of distant wind blowing**

I guess not. But the Hansens are still here and life is still good. We just got back from a wild Memorial Day Weekend in Grace, Idaho. It rained pretty much the entire time, so we didn't even make it out to see Grandpa's Grave, but we did have the traditional family reunion. It was at the Grace Church rather than the Grace Park this year -- Grandma Egbert must have had some serious foresight going on because we'd never had it there before. It was nice and dry inside, and we had quite a variety of food this time around.

Anne managed to fall off the stage and get clobbered by a kid playing basketball within a half-hour's time frame. Amy was pretty ticked off about that one to say the least, and I'm quite sure she'd be happy to tell you about it. Other than that, however, everything went pretty well. We hung out at Grandma's house for a couple more hours and then we went to Bergy's for food! Have you ever noticed how our entire lives revolve around food? That's another of Amy's theories, and I'm sure she'll be glad to explain that one to you as well.

At any rate, it was a pretty fun little trip. We stayed at Grandma's Monday night, and on Tuesday I worked up in Pocatello for the day and we came home that evening.

So, that's it folks. Life is exciting and crazy for us. Are you bored to tears yet? AND I'm going hiking tomorrow. Shazzam!
