Alright, so Kasey has been wondering why I have neglected our blog site, especially since it is so easy to update! Reason One: Not a lot of time to spend on the computer before Anne wants to commandeer it; Reason Two: No one even knows about our blog site. However, that is a catch 22 because since we don't have anything interesting on our site, we haven't told any one we created it, and since no one looks at it I haven't worried about updating it. Basically, I have some work to do to solve the dilemma.
This past weekend, Kasey and I went to stay at the Bluebird Inn Bed and Breakfast on Bear Lake, leaving Anne to her first sleep over, ever! Boy, did I miss her. She had lots of fun playing with her cousins, though, so I don't think she missed us! We also saw a melodrama called "Chuck Wagon's Wild West Showdown" at the Pickleville Playhouse that sits right on Bear Lake. Before the show, they had a barbecue which Kasey and I partook of (for an extra charge, of course.) Mmmmm!
Beginning in 2002, we have made it a tradition to stay at the Bluebird each summer and watch a show at Pickleville. We missed last year because I was too chicken to leave Anne overnight (she wasn't even a year old yet.) It has been my goal every year to buy and eat a "Pickle Sickle" at the Pickleville Playhouse! And I never bought one until this year! YAY! I was excited to eat my one dollar "Pickle Sickle," it just seems like every ought to since it is the Pickleville Playhouse after all.
